With a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Saint Louis University and experience serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, he brings a disciplined, service-first approach to every client relationship.

He finds the greatest fulfillment in seeing clients feel calmer, more organized, and confident in the decisions they’re making. By listening carefully, communicating clearly, and following through consistently, Carlos helps clients define what matters most and create a plan that supports their goals.

Outside of work, Carlos competes in jiu-jitsu, enjoys time outdoors, and prioritizes family. He is an active member of the VFW and serves as COO of Operation Allies Refuge Foundation—continuing a lifelong commitment to service. At home, he’s kept on his toes by his English Bulldog, Sadie Mae.
